These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through ilyvona.com. By submitting an order, you agree to these provisions together with the other store policies applicable to your transaction.
1. Orders

6. Shipping
For supported United States destinations, standard transit is generally estimated at 10β15 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Inventory availability, product location, and destination may result in fulfillment from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners.
7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5β10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
8. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by contacting us promptly before fulfillment begins.
We will make a reasonable effort to honor eligible requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has started. No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order information and supporting photographs or video where appropriate.
We will review the circumstances and provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution.
